If
I change my plan, when will it be effective ?
Immediately and
you will be charged for your new plan within 3 business days,
except for plan 1 which is free.
If you upgrade, you will be able to take advantage of all the new
features immediately.
How
often can I change my plan ?
As often as you
desire, but remember that you will be charged each time you change
your plan. The date of expiration of your current plan is also displayed
on your account page as a reminder.
What
information can I display on my custom page?
All the information
entered in your company listing and the species you offer are displayed
in your custom page.
You can also add a full and detailed business description, more information
about your products, shipping and payment methods... You may also
customize your web page with up to 10 pictures or paragraphs of your
choice.
Last but not least, you can also add your company logo which will
then also be displayed on the results pages.

can I customize my display page if I chose plan 4 ?
You will be able
to customize your web page thanks to a user friendly administration
tool where you can upload pictures, add/remove/edit paragraphs and
titles...

Why
am I limited to 5 Hot Deals at the same time ?
In order to prevent
a company from flooding the Hot Deals and to keep the Hot Deals relevant,
we decided to allow up to 5 Hot Deals per company so that only the
best special offers are listed for the benefit of everyone.
If you subscribed to the Premium Package (Plan 5), you will be able
to add/remove Hot Deals and set an expiration date.
What
information can I display in a Hot Deal ?
You can specify the specie, the quantity, the price, the date of expiration,
and any other relevant information about your Hot Deals.
